Be a Loveland Volunteer...and assist with this exciting event. We need
over 75 volunteers to make it all happen, so sign up today; our volunteer participation
is one of the great things that sets our tournament apart!
Volunteer Categories
These are brief descriptions of the positions available. Further information on each position and duty, please contact
Rodney Combs or call (865) 389-8291; information will also be provided at the volunteer orientation.
Course Marshals
Responsible for control.
Refreshment Station Rangers
Responsible for set up of refreshment stations and deliver of volunteers to stations throughout the day.
Sign Setters
Responsible for placement or removalof signs throughout the course.
Cart Sign Setters
Responsible for placement or removalof signs on the carts.
Check-in
Responsible for greeting golfers, collecting money and relaying hole assignments to teams.
Check-in Goody Bags
Responsible for greeting golfers and distributing goody bags to players.
Putting Contest
Responsible for conducting putting contest and distributing prizes.
Chipping Contest
Responsible for conducting chipping contest and distributing prizes.
Frozen Marshmallow Longest Drive Contest
Responsible for conducting longest drive contest and reporting results to tournament director.
Snack Cart
Responsible for driving snack cart, greeting golfers and providing refreshments.
Hole-in-One Marshal
Responsible for supervision of every tee shot attempted on hole-in-one competition hole.
Silent Auction Marshal
Responsible for set-up, supervision and distribution of all donated items for silent auction.
Pictures/video
Responsible for photographing teams, volunteers, signs and activities during the tournament.
Breakfast
Responsible for set-up and serving breakfast to participants.
Lunch
Responsible for set-up and serving lunch to participants and volunteers.
Awards
Responsible for distribution of awards to teams.
Volunteer Information
A tournament shirt is provided for all volunteers .
Complimentary lunch is provided to all volunteers.
Complimentary snack cart access provided to all volunteers.
